Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will focus on client engagement, lead generation, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales who is eager to grow within the real estate industry.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Actively generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on available properties and services.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Participate in inspections,  allocations, exhibitions, and company events.
  • Support negotiation processes by preparing relevant documentation and following up on client concerns.
  • Assist in handling client inquiries, objections, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Associate and other team members to achieve individual and team sales goals


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Track record of achieving at least ₦50m in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Confident in delivering property presentations to potential clients.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
